Paella pan catering is perfect informal wedding catering, or maybe as a nice extra to a buffet you’re having, or just as a party in a different setting like your garden, then big paella pan catering is ideal to turn your party into a Spanish party with a twist. We are registered wedding caterers and outside caterers providing professional catering for birthdays, christenings, weddings and other types of private and corporate parties and events. Our traditional big paella pans are sourced in Spain and we have them brought back to make sure authenticity of our BIG paella pan catering, but if you don't like traditional paella with all its seafood in, don't worry we have lots of tasty and exciting other big paella pan menus that we are sure you will like, so start planning your spanish tapas paella party now. The experience is fantastic for guests as they see all the ingredients come together in one of our giant 4ft or 5ft paella pans all being cooked in front of them with the smells of ingredients infusing together then finally being served straight from the giant pan to your guests in a buffet setting, this enables us to offer a great service and menu range otherwise not available from other caterers, making our BIG paella pan catering a truly fantastic feature and ideal for your event or any type event or occasion. Serving guest numbers from 40 through to 350 or more with delicous and exciting menus prepared and served directly infront of to your guests either inside a hall or marquee or under one of our gazebos in your back garden the experience is fantastic as we hear so many people say when we are doing these.

 Giant Paella Pan Menu
Authentic Mexican Chilli
Beef Mince Cooked with Fresh Mixed Chillies, Lots of Red Onions and Peppers, Blended with Tomatoes, Kidney Beans and Finished with Mexican Spice and Herbs.
With a of Side Potato Wedges.
Traditional Accompaniments; Nachos, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Salsa and Grated Cheese.
Crusty Bread with Butter or Tortilla Wraps.
Traditional Seafood Paella
King Prawns, Crab, Mussels and Cockles - optional, Cooked with a Mix of Peppers, Red Onions, Paprika, Saffron and Garlic all Slowly Cooked in Traditional Spanish Paella Rice.
Topped with Giant King Prawns and Fresh Lemon and Parsley.
Accompanied by a Mediterranean Salad Comprising of Crisp Mixed Lettuce Leaves, with Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion, Olives may contain stones, Feta Cheese
all in Lemon and Olive Oil Dressing with Crushed Garlic and Fresh Parsley.

Chicken and Chorizo Paella
Marinated Chicken Breast and Chorizo cooked with Sweet Peppers, Red Onions with Paprika, Saffron & Garlic braised with Traditional Spanish Rice
topped with Serrano Ham and Olives, Tomatoes and Wedges of Lemon.
Accompanied by a Mediterranean Salad Comprising of Crisp Mixed Lettuce Leaves, with Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion, Olives may contain stones,

Chicken Breast with Onions, Mushrooms, Red and Green Peppers, Tomatoes, Seasoned with Lemon Grass, Garlic and Coconut Milk.
With Jasmine Thai Rice.

Complimented with Thai Prawn Crackers.
Indian Curry
Marinated Chicken Breast Cooked with Fresh Chillies, Red Onions, Mix of Peppers and Coriander and Indian Spices and Herbs. You Specify Mild, Medium or Hot!!!
With Rice and Onion Bhajis.
Complimented with Poppadums & Pickle Tray - Mango Chutney, Onion Relish and Cucumber Rita.
Moroccan Lamb
Prime Minced Lamb Cooked with Red Onions, Fresh Mint, Yellow and Red Peppers and Tomatoes Marinated Together in a Blend of Cumin, Paprika and Coriander.
Mixed Green Salad.
Accompanied by Lemon and Parsley Cous Cous.
Crusty Bread with Butter.
Sizzling Chicken Fajitas
Sizzling chicken breast thinly sliced and cooked in lots of mild/medium Mexican spices, with red and yellow peppers and sliced onion. Served in soft flour fajitas wraps.
Accompanied by Soured cream, guacamole, tomato salsa, grated cheese, sliced tomatoes and lettuce.
Prices and Quotes
For a quote for your event or party call us for an informal chat about your requirements or please email us. All we need to know are your guest numbers, your venue location/address, your event date and of course your menu option. Then just sit back and relax and we will create your quote and email it or post it straight back to you. We provide everything that we will need on the day of your event to carry out service leaving you free to just enjoy yourself, a more detailed list of what we provide and come with is included in all quotes, all quotes and prices also include vat.
Wedding Caterers
Maybe you would prefer a hog roast for your wedding or party, as hog roast caterers and wedding caterers we can offer a range of hog roasts and bbq's with menus and packages and options to tailor make your own menu. Or maybe you want both; the BIG Pan and a Hog Roast, that’s fine. As experienced wedding caterers and general caterers for private parties, corporate events and even just for private birthday parties in your garden (very popular) we are here to help you with your menu choice(s). We realise that everyone wants something different and different styles of catering is what we do best. Service is based roughly around a 1 - 2 hours of service once cooked from your serve time depending on number of guests we usually find this is ample time to serve everyone and for seconds too, whilst complying to the EHO guidelines. Extended service times are fine and must be pre-arranged.
Crockery and Cutlery Upgrades
All menus come with quality disposable crockery and cutlery, but why not upgrade to 8" porcelain plates and stainless steel cutlery for just £1.00 per head. Or 10" porcelain plates and stainless steel cutlery for just £1.50 ph / set. Dessert bowls and stainless steel spoons 50p ph / set. Please ask for details when enquiring as availability may be limited if added later.
