Caesar Salad - Mixed lettuce leaves with chunky parmesan shavings, croutons in a classic caesar dressing.

Coleslaw - Homemade with crisp carrots, onion and cabbage and red cabbage mixed together with a dash of lemon juice and mayonnaise.

Nutty Pasta Salad - Mixed pasta with red onion, kidney beans, sliced courgette, cashew nuts, peanuts, fresh coriander mixed together with fresh basil pesto finished with wedges of lime.
