Captivate your guests with delicious aromas and visually amaze them with a whole crisp hog. Our ovens have a large glass viewing panel allowing your guests to see the hog before its served. Our traditional CE approved hog roast ovens lead to incredibly tender and delicious results and are a spectacular way to cater for your guests. Apart from the usual pork, we can roast many other meats and game can also be cooked, see menu 4 below for this option. For wedding catering, birthdays, christening or garden parties these are great, creating a talking point for guests and centre piece to any party or occasion all completely mess free and hassle free.Our hog roasts are 'happy' outdoor reared pigs locally sourced in Yorkshire, our team can serve your hog roast inside or outside, our hog ovens don’t spill or spit fat and they don’t emit lots of smoke, they will fit through most doors and gates (min of 34"wide) so you can have your hog roast virtually anywhere you like. For vegetarians we can provide some nice alternatives just for them, please email us for vegetarian options. For hog roasts we can supply wholegrain or brown bread buns as an alternative to white buns for your guests if you let us know your requirements.

Menu 1 - The Hog Roast

Menu 5 - Spit Roast Carvery Spit roast carvery, choose 2/3 meats from: Gammon, Pork, Beef, Veal, Venison, Turkey with 5" soft white baps with appropriate sauce for meats (*Salads and hot vegetables inc new potatoes can be added to this menu) Included in menu 5 If required a 3x3mtr open sided gazebo (no lights) A uniformed chef & assistant (as required), service tables with white linen table cloths and quality disposable crockery & napkins. Disposable cutlery provided for salads/veg*. Menu 6 - The 'Stuffed' Hog Hog Roast with a side of beef sirloin cooked inside the hog (Cockentrice) done the 'medieval' way

On arrival our staff will setup our gazebo (if required) and trestle tables with white linen table cloths and prepare the tables for service. Your hog roast or spit roast is carved and served from a special oven/machine that is made for exceptional presentation of your hog or spit roast. Alternatively, we can if required serve your hog roast from a special stainless steel serving tray on a trestle table which gives a very impressive presentation of your hog roast.
Salads are all served buffet style allowing guests to help themselves, once service is complete our staff will clear our rubbish away from tables and as discretely as possible clear away the equipment and tables used.
All we require on the day is; 1. Sufficient light for service to be carried out. 2. Dishes for any leftovers, if wanted. 3. Access to a plug socket is sometimes required.
Service Times
Service is based roughly around a 1 - 2 hour service time depending on number of guests we usually find this is ample time to serve everyone and for seconds too, extended service times are fine and can be pre-arranged.
