Delicious Hog Roasts, Spit Roasts and Barbeque Catering from Bouncing Hogs 'n' Bars, Yorkshire
Hog roasts cooked to perfection with succulent tender meat and crisp golden crackling, a great way to indulge your guests. Captivated with delicious aromas and visually amazed by a whole crisp hog, our ovens have a large glass viewing panel allowing your guests to see the hog before its served. Our hog roasts are 'happy' outdoor reared pigs locally sourced in Yorkshire, our team can serve your hog roast inside or outside, our hog ovens don’t spill or spit fat and they don’t emit lots of smoke, they will fit through most doors and gates (min of 34"wide) so you can have your hog roast virtually anywhere you like. For vegetarians we can provide some nice alternatives just for them, please email us for vegetarian options. For hog roasts we can supply some alternative wholegrain or brown buns for your guests just let us know your requirements.

Additional Information
On arrival our staff will setup our trestle tables with white linen table cloths and prepare the tables for service. Your hog roast or spit roast is carved and served from a special oven/machine that is made for exceptional presentation of your hog or spit roast. Alternatively, we can if required serve your hog roast from a special stainless steel serving tray on a trestle table which still gives a very impressive presentation of your hog roast.
Canapés are served by our staff and are served on silver trays, salads, desserts, tea and coffee are all served buffet style allowing guests to help themselves. Once service is complete our staff will clear our rubbish away from tables and as discretely as possible clear away the equipment and tables used.
All we require from you on the day is; 1. Sufficient light for service to be carried out. 2. Dishes for any leftovers. 3. Access to a plug socket is sometimes required.
