As a family run wedding caterers based in Yorkshire we treat all of our wedding clients with a professional and approachable manner which we hope ensures our clients feel they can discuss their ideas, concerns and requirements with us. All our outside wedding catering menu ideas are always very popular with guests at events and party's. All our free range hog roasts are cooked to perfection with succulent tender meat and crisp golden crackling. Or captivate your guests with delicious aromas of a bbq, with all your traditional favourites and some new ones too. Amaze guests with one of our giant paella pans as they see and smell all the aromas of the ingredients coming together in the giant pan giving guests something to talk about. For vegetarians we can offer some nice veggie alternatives just for them, please email us for vegetarian options.

Plates and cutlery will either be laid out onto guests tables if your having table service where your menu is served plated to your tables otherwise plates and crockery will be available buffet style with the food, this means that guests don't have to bring plates up with them, knives and forks can be laid out on tables but this needs to be arranged with us in advance.
Additional Information
On arrival our staff will setup our service trestle tables with linen table cloths and prepare the tables for service. Your hog roast is carved and served from a special oven/machine that is made for exceptional presentation of your hog roast. Alternatively, if we need to we can if required serve your hog roast from a special stainless steel serving tray on a trestle table for areas where we cant get our machines to, this still gives a very impressive presentation of your hog roast.
Canapés Service
Canapes are served by our staff on silver trays. Salads, desserts, tea and coffee are all served buffet style allowing guests to help themselves.
Service
Once service is complete including any seconds too we will collect in our plates, serviettes and cutlery away from tables and as discretely as possible clear away the equipment and tables we have used.
All we need from you on the day is; 1. Sufficient light and shelter (Our gazebo can be used) for service to be carried out. 2. Dishes for any leftovers if wanted. 3. Access to a plug socket is sometimes required dep on menu.
