 Mobile Bar Hire

All our bars are fully licensed, which means we get and pay for a temporary licence from the local council to sell alcohol at your venue and at least one member of our staff will have a personal licence at the event to be responsible for the safe and legal sale of alcohol.

Mobile bar hire in Yorkshire is available fully staffed,  mobile bar hire comes with coolers so that every pint is as cold as the first. Our mobile bars use bottle and wine chillers and are dressed using professional bar kit including sundries such as straws, ice, lemons and limes. We serve draught lager, draught bitter and cider and stock a range of branded spirits, wines (by the glass or bottle*) alcopops along with a selection of soft drinks and mixers. We supply smart professional staff, quality plastic glasses and we take care of the licence requirements. Our staff have years of experience of working within the licensed trade so you can be sure of a professional service for your special occasion.

For smaller gatherings or as an accompaniment to the catering talk to us about what drinks you would like and we will tailor make your own drinks package, such as; a mix of soft drinks and fruit juices along with some bottles of wine and bottled beers.   For this service full payment for all drinks is required prior to the event so that guests can help themselves to drinks from large ice tubs on the day.

Our mobile bars are perfect for marquees and halls for any occasion, or an addition to a hog roast.  We supply everything you will need to have the perfect party or special occasion, from the personal licence holder and temporary licence required right down to the garnish for your favourite drink.  Bars can be run as a free bar to your guests (via prior-arrangement) or as a pay as you go cash bar, just the same as you would do in a pub and at pub prices too.

Drinks Options

- Draught Selection For The Bar; Fosters, Carlsberg, Strongbow, Kronenbourg, John Smiths Smooth, Tetleys Smooth. 

- The Bar Fridge is Stocked With;  Red Wine (not in fridge), White and Rose Wine, Alco-pops, J2O's, Mixers; Tonic,  Soda, Lemonade and Coke.

- On Optic You Get Branded Spirits; Gin, Whisky/Jack Daniels, Vodka, Archers, Bacardi. Also Tequila, Sambuca and Jagermeister, other shooters can be available.

All drinks are charged at average pub prices, not hotel/restaurant prices.

How Do You Want The Bar Run?

 

Normal Cash Bar.
This is our most popular option, we apply and pay for your license. Your guests then purchase drinks at the bar at pub prices.

 
All-inclusive.
This is a free bar for all your guests throughout your event, including all spirits, draught products and bottled products. A deposit is taken and any unused money will be refunded. 

 

Bar Tab.

We apply and pay for your license and run a tab to your agreed limit, after which your guests revert to paying for their own drinks at pub prices.

  

Welcome Drinks & Additional Drinks

• We can supply welcome drinks* such as champagne, pimms, orange juice and wine for guests on arrival.  This includes; the drink, flutes or wine glasses, the pre-chilling of the drink.
• We can supply wine, orange juice and water & champagne or sparkling wine for toasts all as table drinks*. This includes; the drink, flutes or wine glasses, the pre-chilling of the drink.
